Who is required to attend and successfully complete the Spray Net Initial Training Program?

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are an individual franchisee, you must attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program. If the franchisee is not an individual, the Designated Manager must attend and successfully complete the training. In either case, up to one additional person may also attend the training program. All attendees must complete the program to Spray Net's satisfaction before the franchise can commence operations.

The initial training program consists of an online portion via Spray Net's E-Learning Network, typically taking 3-5 days. The in-person portion of the Initial Training Program typically lasts up to 5 business days of classroom instruction. Additionally, Spray Net provides up to three business days of sales training and five business days of production training in the franchisee's Designated Territory.

If a Designated Manager's employment is terminated, a new Designated Manager must be designated and successfully complete the initial training program within 90 days of the termination, unless Spray Net does not hold an initial training program during that period. In that case, the replacement Designated Manager must attend and successfully complete the first available initial training program. The franchisee may be charged an Additional Training Fee for a replacement Designated Manager, and the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs for airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and the Designated Manager's salary and benefits.
