What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Spray Net does not guarantee that it will spend a specific amount of advertising funds in any particular area. While Spray Net maintains a brand fund to collect advertising fees from franchisees based on a percentage of their gross revenues, it is not obligated to spend monies from the fund in any specific franchisee's market in proportion to their payments.
Spray Net has full discretion over how the advertising funds are spent. These funds can be used for various advertising, marketing, public relations, and promotional programs that Spray Net believes will enhance the image of the Spray Net system. This includes digital marketing, maintaining the Spray Net website, and purchasing promotional items.
Spray Net may use the fund to cover the costs of maintaining and preparing advertising, including digital content, as well as employing training, technology, and developmental tools. These costs may also include a proportionate share of Spray Net's employees' salaries for time spent on advertising and promotion. An unaudited accounting of the fund's operation will be prepared annually. Franchisees should be aware that Spray Net has the right to suspend or terminate the fund at any time.
