This Initial Marketing Investment is intended for use in the period leading up to the opening of the Spray Net franchise. The funds will be directed towards marketing and promoting the new franchise within its designated territory. Spray Net has the discretion to allocate these funds to approved suppliers or other third parties to manage the marketing efforts.
Spray Net retains the right to collect the Initial Marketing Investment upon the execution of the franchise agreement or at any point thereafter, provided they give written notice to the franchisee. If a franchisee purchases more than one designated territory, they must spend additional amounts in the first two months of each year of operation, in addition to the initial marketing investment spent prior to opening the franchised business.
