What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Manuals are a key component of the Spray Net system. The Spray Net System includes proprietary methodology and procedures for operating a Spray-Net Business, standards for supplies, inventory, and methodology for Approved Products and Services, advertising and marketing guidelines, equipment standards, customized chemicals and equipment, basic standards for the business premises, and standards for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and computer systems. The Spray Net System also includes relationships with approved suppliers, proprietary training programs, and the Manuals themselves.
The Manuals consist of Spray Net's confidential operations manual and other instructional manuals that have been reduced to writing. These manuals provide franchisees with the necessary information and guidelines to operate their Spray Net business according to the franchisor's standards. Spray Net may modify the System from time to time as it deems appropriate.
Spray Net may provide supplements, updates, or revisions to the Manuals via the Internet, email, the System-wide intranet/extranet, or any other electronic or traditional mediums it deems appropriate. Franchisees acknowledge that the Manuals are intended to protect Spray Net's standards, systems, names, and marks, and are not intended to control the day-to-day operation of the Franchisee's Business. The franchisee is responsible for the day-to-day operation of their Spray Net business.
