What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement outlines the brand's unique system related to the development, opening, and ongoing operation of a business that offers painting-related products and services. This system includes basic standards typically used as the premises for a Spray-Net Business. It also includes standards and specifications for the furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including computer hardware and systems, that must be used in connection with a franchised business.
Spray Net's system also incorporates established relationships with approved or designated suppliers for certain products and services that must be utilized in connection with a franchised business, including certain proprietary and/or branded items. The franchise agreement states that Spray Net may change, improve, further develop, or otherwise modify the system from time to time as it deems appropriate in its discretion.
While the FDD excerpts detail Spray Net's broader system for business operation, including standards for premises and equipment, it does not specifically describe assistance related to site selection and development. A prospective franchisee should inquire with Spray Net about the specific site selection criteria, the level of support offered in finding a suitable location, and any development assistance provided to ensure the site meets Spray Net's standards and operational requirements.
