What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Spray Net does provide franchisees with written specifications and guidelines for opening inventory and supplies. Some of these items must be purchased from Spray Net's required or approved suppliers, adhering to their specific guidelines. This ensures that franchisees start with the correct materials and maintain the brand's standards from the outset.

Spray Net also provides franchisees with a Marketing Kit, Production Supplies Kit, and Sales Kit after payment. The Marketing Kit includes business supplies like marketing brochures, letterheads, uniforms, and business cards. The Production Supplies Kit contains all necessary items to complete initial production training jobs. The Sales Kit includes sample boards, paint color charts, bags, polos, and other clothing needs.

This requirement to purchase certain items from approved suppliers is a common practice in franchising, allowing Spray Net to maintain quality control and consistency across all franchise locations. While this may limit a franchisee's choice of suppliers, it ensures they receive materials that meet Spray Net's standards and are suitable for the services offered. Franchisees need to budget for these initial supplies and any additional materials needed beyond what is included in the initial kits.
