How may Spray Net provide supplements, updates, or revisions to the Manuals?

The foregoing lists may be provided as part of the Manuals or otherwise in writing prior to opening, and Franchisor has the right to revise, supplement or otherwise modify these lists and the Manuals at any time upon written notice to Franchisee.
Franchisor may also establish and maintain a website portal or other intranet for use by Franchisee and other Franchised Business owners (the "Spray-Net Web Portal"), where Franchisor may post content that will automatically become part of, and constitute a supplement to, the Manuals, all of which Franchisee must strictly comply with promptly after such content is posted or otherwise listed on the Spray-Net Web Portal.
In the event Franchisee or its personnel saves or prints out a hard copy of any Manual, then such electronic/hard versions of said Manuals must be immediately returned upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason (and never used for any competitive purpose).
The provisions of this Section shall survive the term of this Agreement

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor can revise, supplement, or modify the manuals at any time. Spray Net will provide written notice to the franchisee regarding these changes.
Spray Net may also use a website portal or intranet called the "Spray-Net Web Portal" to post content. Any content posted on this portal automatically becomes part of and supplements the manuals. Franchisees must comply with this content promptly after it is posted on the Spray-Net Web Portal.
Spray Net requires franchisees to return any hard copies or electronic versions of the manuals upon the agreement's expiration or termination. Franchisees are prohibited from using these manuals for any competitive purposes after the agreement ends. This provision remains in effect even after the franchise agreement concludes.
