What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the initial training program, Spray Net provides up to three business days of sales training in your designated territory. This sales training is conducted after you have satisfactorily completed the classroom instruction, the initial and grand opening marketing for your franchise begins, and you have secured an agreed to certain number of appointments for services.
In addition to the initial sales training, Spray Net also provides ongoing training. The table outlines various modules with both classroom and on-the-job training components. Several modules include on-the-job training within your designated territory or at your franchised business. Specifically, the 'Selling' module includes 8 hours of classroom training and 8 hours of on-the-job training within your designated territory or at your franchised business. The 'Production' module includes 8 hours of classroom training and 36 hours of on-the-job training within your designated territory or at your franchised business. The 'Productivity' module includes 2 hours of classroom training and 10 hours of on-the-job training within your designated territory or at your franchised business. Finally, the 'Procurement / Quality Control' module includes 2 hours of classroom training and 5 hours of on-the-job training within your designated territory or at your franchised business.
This on-location training is a significant benefit for new Spray Net franchisees. It allows you and your staff to learn and practice sales techniques in your actual working environment, with real-world scenarios and customer interactions. This hands-on approach can be more effective than purely classroom-based training, as it allows for immediate feedback and adaptation to local market conditions. The initial and ongoing sales training at your location can help you and your team quickly become proficient in Spray Net's sales processes, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
