What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program may be provided at Spray Net's headquarters, the franchisee's premises, or another designated training facility. However, attendance at the Initial Training Program at Spray Net's headquarters is conditional. Franchisees must first satisfy the training pre-conditions outlined in Section 6(N) of the Franchise Agreement.
Spray Net also offers the Initial Training Program, or portions of it, to replacement personnel designated as the franchisee's manager. This additional training is subject to an additional training fee, as well as covering any associated costs like lodging and travel. The training is also subject to the schedule and availability of Spray Net's training staff.
After completing the Initial Training Program, franchisees or their personnel may need to sign an acknowledgment confirming they completed the training. This acknowledgement could be required after completing the entire program or specific components of it.
