What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Productivity module in the initial training program takes place in two possible locations. The training consists of 2 hours of classroom training and 10 hours of on-the-job training.
The classroom portion of the Productivity module is conducted via virtual training. The on-the-job training for the Productivity module will be held either within the franchisee's Designated Territory or at the franchisee's Franchised Business location.
This hybrid approach to training, combining virtual classroom instruction with hands-on experience in the franchisee's territory, is fairly common in the franchise industry. It allows Spray Net to efficiently deliver theoretical knowledge while ensuring that franchisees gain practical skills in their own business environment. This is particularly important for a business like Spray Net, where on-site application and local market knowledge are crucial for success.
