What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are some restrictions regarding the customers a franchisee may serve. While you are not generally limited in the customers you may serve from your franchised business, you cannot serve customers who reside in another Spray Net franchisee's designated territory without first obtaining written consent from that franchisee. This protects each franchisee's exclusive territory.
Spray Net also specifies that you are not permitted to distribute Spray-Net Inc. products on a non-retail or wholesale basis without prior written consent from Spray Net. This indicates that franchisees are primarily intended to provide retail services directly to consumers within their territory, rather than acting as distributors.
Beyond these restrictions, Spray Net states that it does not impose any other restrictions in the Franchise Agreement as to the customers to whom you may sell. However, Spray Net retains the right to expand or modify the approved products and services that you may offer. They can also discontinue previously approved products or services with written notice, which you must comply with immediately.
