Bruce Seguin oversees the initial training we provide to System franchisees. Bruce Seguin has served with us and our brand since 2019, and he has over 10 years of experience in most of the subject matters comprising the training program described above via his prior experience in the painting and remodeling industry.
We may present seminars, conventions or continuing development programs for the benefit of Franchisees. Your attendance at these seminars is mandatory in our discretion. However, you or your Designated Manager must attend any mandatory seminar, convention, or program we may offer and your failure to do so shall be a material breach of the Franchise Agreement entitling us to take interim or contractual enforcement action, including termination. Spray Net may also delegate some or all of its pre-opening and continuing obligations, including initial and ongoing training, and operations support, to a regional director franchisee who has regional responsibility over the franchisee's geographic area.
Franchisees are required to attend seminars, conventions, or continuing development programs that Spray Net may present, with a minimum of 30 days' notice. Franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred while attending these events. Failure to attend mandatory events can result in enforcement action, including termination of the franchise agreement.
