What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may provide initial marketing assistance as it deems appropriate in its discretion. This assistance involves developing and conducting the Initial Marketing Investment, which is done at the franchisee's expense.
Spray Net may also offer continuing advisory assistance in the operation of the franchised business, as it deems appropriate and advisable in its sole discretion. This assistance can be provided via telephone, fax, intranet communication, Skype, or any other communication channel Spray Net deems appropriate, subject to the availability and schedules of Spray Net's personnel. The franchisor may also make available to the franchisee information regarding any new product, service, or suppliers, or any updated methods of doing business.
However, if a Spray Net franchisee requests on-site assistance or training at their franchised business, they may be required to pay Spray Net's then-current training tuition fee. The franchisee would also need to reimburse Spray Net for any costs or expenses incurred by Spray Net's personnel in providing such assistance.
