What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay monthly fees for the business management software. Specifically, a Spray Net franchisee will pay $350 per month plus 0.25% of Gross Sales for the business management and project/sales tracking software. This software is developed and branded by Spray Net for use within their system.
Spray Net estimates that a franchisee will pay $1,050 over the first three months of operation, assuming there are no Gross Sales during that time. This upfront cost covers the monthly fee during the initial period when the business is ramping up and may not yet be generating revenue.
In addition to the business management software, Spray Net also requires franchisees to pay $40 per month for access to the "Spray-Pal" software, which is an AI-powered chatbot designed to answer common franchisee or employee questions. Franchisees are also required to pay $290 per month for the use of Spray Net's call center for receiving customer calls. These fees are ongoing throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.
