Is Spray Net obligated to provide ongoing service related to the required software?

Our Approved Supplier(s) for certain software may provide normal system maintenance and updates for the software from time to time. We or our approved supplier may upgrade the software from time to time. However, we are under no obligation to provide you with any ongoing service related to the software. We reserve the right to require you, at your expenses and in the time frame determined by us to update, upgrade or change the Computer System and software you use in the Franchised Business to confirm to new standards or specifications. As technology improves, you will be required to upgrade your Computer System to conform or purchase a new Computer System. No contractual limit exists on the frequency or cost of this obligation.

We may revise our specifications at any time in our discretion. We do not provide technical support for your Computer System or software. You are solely responsible for protecting yourself from viruses, computer hackers, and other communications and computer-related problems, and you may not sue us for any harm caused by such communications and computer-related problems.

The franchisee is responsible for ensuring their employees accept the terms and conditions for using Spray Net's proprietary software. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for licensing certain required software from third-party providers. This includes software for online accounting, email, GPS functionality (if implemented), and a "vanity number" for customer calls.

Spray Net retains the right to require franchisees to update or change their computer systems and software to meet new standards, at the franchisee's expense. These changes can occur at any time, and there is no contractual limit on the frequency or cost of these required updates.

Spray Net does not provide technical support for the franchisee's computer system or software. The franchisee is solely responsible for protecting against viruses, hackers, and other computer-related problems and cannot hold Spray Net liable for any harm caused by such issues.
