Franchisor will, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, conduct inspections and/or audits of the Franchised Business and, upon 48 hours' notice, of the Premises and/or Approved Vehicles to ensure that Franchisee is operating its Franchised Business in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Manuals and the System standards and specifications.
Such inspections may include: (i) inspections of the Premises and/or Approved Vehicles and inspecting any and all books and records; (ii) conducting mystery shop services and/or inspections designed to evaluate the Approved Products and Approved Services provided by the Franchised Business and any pre-sale activities involved with the same.
Inspections of the Premises and/or Approved Vehicles will only occur during normal business hours and, with respect to the Premises, will only involve the physical area that is specifically devoted to the Franchised Business.
