- Required Additional Training. Franchisor may, as it deems appropriate in its discretion, develop additional and refresher training courses, and require Franchisee, its Designated Manager and any other SN Specialist to attend such courses no more frequently than: (i) two (2) sessions of additional/refresher training year, which, combined will not exceed seven (7) total days and may take place at Franchisor's designated training facility; and (ii) twenty-four (24) hours of additional or refresher training via online learning management system ("LMS") or other medium that allows for remote attendance and completion ("Additional Training"). Franchisor will not require Franchisee to pay its then-current Additional Training Fee, plus lodging and travel, in connection with any Additional Training that Franchisor requires under this Section, but Franchisee will be responsible for the costs and expenses incurred in connection with Franchisee and its designated personnel attending such training, which may take place at a training facility that Franchisor designates.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Spray Net can require franchisees, their designated managers, and any other SN Specialist to attend up to two sessions of additional or refresher training per year. These sessions, when combined, cannot exceed a total of seven days. In addition to these in-person sessions, Spray Net may also require up to 24 hours of additional or refresher training through an online learning management system or other remote medium.
Spray Net will not require the franchisee to pay the additional training fee, plus lodging and travel, for these required sessions. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs and expenses incurred by themselves and their designated personnel when attending the training, which may be held at a Spray Net-designated training facility.
It is important to note that this section refers specifically to required additional training. Spray Net may also offer additional training or on-site assistance at the franchisee's request, but this is subject to the availability of Spray Net's training personnel and the franchisee paying the additional training fee, plus lodging and travel expenses for the trainers.
