The in-person portion of our Initial Training Program typically lasts up to 5 business days of classroom instruction. We also provide up to (a) three (3) business days (typically, between 2-3 days) of sales training ("Sales Training"), and (b) five (5) business days of production training ("Production Training") in your Designated Territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees receive five business days of production training in their designated territory. This production training occurs after the franchisee completes the sales training and secures an agreed-upon number of contracts for services.

Spray Net also provides an initial training program before the opening of the franchised business. This program includes online training via their E-Learning Network, which takes approximately 3-5 days, and in-person classroom instruction that typically lasts up to 5 business days. In addition to the production training, Spray Net provides up to three business days of sales training.

Spray Net conducts the production training in the franchisee's designated territory. The initial training program's instruction materials include the Operations Manual, PowerPoint slides, and online course materials. The franchisee, or if not an individual, their Designated Manager, and up to one additional person must attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program before commencing operations.
