What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, once advertising and promotional plans and materials are approved, a franchisee can use them for 90 days. However, Spray Net can prescribe a different time period or require the franchisee to stop using the previously approved materials in writing. Spray Net also retains the right to revoke approval of any previously approved advertising materials with notice to the franchisee.

This means that a Spray Net franchisee needs to be aware that even after getting approval for advertising, the approval is only valid for a limited time. The standard approval period is 90 days, but Spray Net has the flexibility to change this period.

It is important for a prospective Spray Net franchisee to understand that Spray Net maintains control over advertising and promotional materials. This ensures brand consistency but also means franchisees must stay updated on approved materials and usage periods to avoid non-compliance. Franchisees should clarify with Spray Net how they will be notified of any changes to approved advertising materials and how much lead time they will be given to make those changes.
