What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that all personnel providing approved services have the necessary licenses, certifications, or approvals required to perform those services. Specifically, individuals conducting approved services at the franchised business must possess the appropriate real estate licenses or other certifications needed for the services they provide.

Spray Net also requires that franchisees and their personnel complete the initial training program to become an authorized provider, known as an SN Specialist, before offering certain approved services and products, especially those involving proprietary products. Upon completing the training, Spray Net will provide a written acknowledgement, the SN Specialist Notice, detailing the specific approved services the specialist is qualified to provide.

In practice, this means a Spray Net franchisee must verify that all staff involved in service delivery hold the correct credentials mandated by local regulations. Furthermore, they must ensure that they and their staff complete Spray Net's training to become certified SN Specialists before providing specific services. Failure to comply with these licensing and training requirements could result in operational disruptions, legal penalties, or jeopardize the quality and consistency of services, potentially damaging the Spray Net brand's reputation.
