What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Fee of $15,000 is paid to help cover the costs and expenses associated with the initial training provided to the franchisee. This training occurs before the franchisee begins operating their Spray Net business and continues for two years after operations commence.

The training program is for the franchisee (or their operating principal, if the franchisee is an entity) and, if applicable, a Designated Manager approved by Spray Net to handle the day-to-day operations. However, Spray Net's standard franchise offering anticipates that the franchisee or their operating principal will directly manage the business's daily operations for at least the first full year.

It's important to note that if a franchisee does not complete the initial training program to Spray Net's satisfaction, Spray Net may terminate the franchise agreement. In such a case, Spray Net may return the Initial Franchise Fee and 50% of the Training Fee to the franchisee, provided they sign a release and confidentiality agreement. However, if the franchisee withdraws from the training program or does not complete it, the Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable.
