According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Spray Net integrates a payment processing feature into their Business Management Software, franchisees will be required to use it. Franchisees will also be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees associated with the payment processing feature.

Currently, Spray Net collects all fees via GoCardless, and franchisees must take all necessary steps to authorize Spray Net and GoCardless to automatically collect fees. Spray Net retains the right to change a franchisee's payment schedule or require the use of another payment method, providing 30 days' written notice.
