During what hours will Spray Net conduct inspections of the franchisee's premises?

- K. Inspections of the Premises and Approved Vehicles.
Franchisor will, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, conduct inspections and/or audits of the Franchised Business and, upon 48 hours' notice, of the Premises and/or Approved Vehicles to ensure that Franchisee is operating its Franchised Business in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Manuals and the System standards and specifications.
Such inspections may include: (i) inspections of the Premises and/or Approved Vehicles and inspecting any and all books and records; (ii) conducting mystery shop services and/or inspections designed to evaluate the Approved Products and Approved Services provided by the Franchised Business and any pre-sale activities involved with the same.
Inspections of the Premises and/or Approved Vehicles will only occur during normal business hours and, with respect to the Premises, will only involve the physical area that is specifically devoted to the Franchised Business.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, inspections of the premises will occur only during normal business hours. Spray Net will provide 48 hours' notice before inspecting the premises or approved vehicles. The inspection of the premises will be limited to the physical area specifically used for the franchised business.
Spray Net conducts these inspections and audits of the franchised business to ensure franchisees operate in compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement, the manuals, and the system standards and specifications. These inspections may include examining books and records, conducting mystery shops, and evaluating the approved products and services provided by the franchised business, including pre-sale activities.
It is the franchisee's responsibility to ensure the franchised business complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Spray Net's right to inspect does not mean they assume liability for the franchisee's compliance.
