What happens if a Spray Net franchisee violates Privacy Laws?

Franchisee agrees to comply with all applicable laws pertaining to the privacy of the customer, employee, and transactional information ("Privacy Laws").
Franchisee further agrees to comply with Franchisor's standards and policies pertaining to Privacy Laws.
If there is a conflict between Franchisor's standards and policies pertaining to Privacy Laws and actual applicable law, Franchisee will: (i) comply with the requirements of applicable law; (ii) immediately give Franchisor written notice of said conflict; and (iii) promptly and fully cooperate with Franchisor in determining the most effective way, if any, to meet Franchisor's standards and policies pertaining to Privacy Laws within the bounds of applicable law.
Franchisee agrees not to publish, disseminate, implement, revise, or rescind a data privacy policy without Franchisor's prior written consent.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws related to customer, employee, and transactional information. Franchisees must also adhere to Spray Net's standards and policies regarding these Privacy Laws.
If there is a conflict between Spray Net's policies and the actual applicable law, the franchisee is obligated to comply with the law, immediately notify Spray Net in writing about the conflict, and fully cooperate with Spray Net to find the most effective way to meet Spray Net's standards within the bounds of the applicable law.
Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from publishing, disseminating, implementing, revising, or rescinding any data privacy policy without obtaining prior written consent from Spray Net. This ensures that all privacy-related actions are aligned with the franchisor's overall standards and legal obligations.
