What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at both the annual Convention and Regional Meetings is mandatory for franchisees. While there is not currently a specific fee to attend these events, Spray Net reserves the right to charge attendance fees in the future.
Importantly, if a Spray Net franchisee fails to attend either the Convention or Regional Meetings, they will still be required to pay the then-current attendance fees. The FDD estimates the total fee for both Regional Meetings and the Convention to be up to $4,000 per attendee. This means a franchisee could incur a significant cost even without attending the meetings.
In addition to the attendance fees, Spray Net franchisees are also responsible for covering all costs and expenses associated with attending these meetings. This includes the employment costs for any employees they bring, as well as expenses for lodging and travel. Therefore, non-attendance does not relieve a franchisee of the financial burden associated with these mandatory events.
