What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, the document does not provide the effective date for franchise registration in the state of Wisconsin. The document does state that Wisconsin requires that Spray Net give the disclosure document to prospective franchisees at least ten business days before the execution of any binding franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration, whichever occurs first.
Exhibit F to the Spray-Net Inc. Franchise Disclosure Document includes state-specific addenda. The document includes a Spray-Net Inc. California Addendum to the Disclosure Document. The addendum states that all the owners of the franchise will be required to execute personal guarantees and this requirement places the marital assets of the spouses domiciled in community property states – Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin at risk if your franchise fails.
To determine the franchise registration effective date for Wisconsin, a prospective Spray Net franchisee should contact the franchisor directly or consult the state administrator listed in Exhibit D of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
