What is a Spray Net franchisee required to be permitted to do at their Home Office?
Spray_Net Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Our standard franchise offering assumes and expects that you will initially launch and commence operations of your Franchised Business from a home office (the "Home Office"). We typically require that your Home Office (home office or otherwise) be located within your Territory, but we may waive that requirement on a case-by-case basis. Regardless, you must be permitted to park and/or store your Mobile Service Unit and the vehicle we approve to tow that unit and equipment (the "Approved Vehicle") at your Home Office.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard franchise offering expects franchisees to launch and commence operations from a home office. Spray Net typically requires the home office to be located within the franchisee's territory, but this requirement may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
Regardless of location, a Spray Net franchisee must be permitted to park and/or store their Mobile Service Unit at their Home Office. They also need permission to store the Approved Vehicle used to tow the Mobile Service Unit and equipment at the Home Office.
This requirement ensures that franchisees have a designated space to manage their mobile operations, store essential equipment, and maintain their vehicle. Prospective franchisees should confirm the specific requirements for home office space and parking with Spray Net to ensure they can meet these obligations.
