What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must execute the then-current franchise agreement to renew their franchise. This is one of several conditions that must be met to renew the franchise relationship with Spray Net. The new agreement may contain significantly different terms and conditions from the original franchise agreement.
In addition to executing the current franchise agreement, the franchisee must not have any uncured material defaults under the existing Franchise Agreement, including any monetary defaults. They must also pay a renewal fee of $10,000, complete a refresher training course, and execute a general release.
Furthermore, the franchisee must have participated in and supported the operational procedures recommended or provided by Spray Net. They are also required to re-image, renovate, refurbish, and modernize the Approved Vehicles and Franchised Business. These stipulations ensure that franchisees remain compliant with Spray Net's standards and practices, and that the franchise system maintains a consistent brand image and operational effectiveness.
