According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must complete a refresher training course to renew their franchise agreement. Specifically, to renew their franchise relationship with Spray Net, franchisees must fulfill several requirements.
These requirements include not having any uncured material defaults under the Franchise Agreement, including monetary defaults, and executing Spray Net's then-current franchise agreement, which may contain different terms and conditions than the original agreement. Franchisees must also pay a renewal fee of $10,000.
In addition to the above, franchisees must participate in and support the operational procedures recommended or provided by Spray Net, and re-image, renovate, refurbish, and modernize the Approved Vehicles and Franchised Business.
