What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee must pay the initial training fee of $15,000 prior to or around the time they initially launch their franchised business. This fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
Spray Net also requires that franchisees fulfill certain training pre-conditions before attending the portion of the Initial Training Program held at Spray Net's headquarters or a designated training facility. One of these pre-conditions is the payment of the Initial Training Fee. Franchisees may also be required to complete components of the Initial Training Program remotely within 30 days of the Franchise Agreement's execution.
For prospective Spray Net franchisees, this means the $15,000 initial training fee is due relatively early in the process, either before or during the launch of their business. It is important to note that this fee is non-refundable once the Franchise Agreement is signed, so franchisees should carefully consider their decision before signing. Franchisees should also be prepared to meet all training pre-conditions, including payment of the Initial Training Fee, to ensure they can attend the full Initial Training Program.
