Where is a Spray Net franchisee expected to initially launch their Franchised Business from?
Spray_Net Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Our standard franchise offering assumes and expects that you will initially launch and commence operations of your Franchised Business from a home office (the "Home Office"). We typically require that your Home Office (home office or otherwise) be located within your Territory, but we may waive that requirement on a case-by-case basis. Regardless, you must be permitted to park and/or store your Mobile Service Unit and the vehicle we approve to tow that unit and equipment (the "Approved Vehicle") at your Home Office.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard franchise offering anticipates that franchisees will initially launch and operate their business from a home office. This home office is typically expected to be located within the franchisee's designated territory. However, Spray Net may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
Regardless of whether the home office is within the territory, the franchisee must have sufficient space to park and store the Mobile Service Unit and the Approved Vehicle at their Home Office. The Approved Vehicle is the vehicle approved by Spray Net to tow the Mobile Service Unit and its equipment.
This arrangement is common in service-based franchises like Spray Net, as it reduces overhead costs associated with renting a commercial space. The mobile service unit allows the franchisee to bring the services directly to the customer, making a fixed business location less critical. Prospective franchisees should confirm with Spray Net whether the home office location requirement can be waived in their specific circumstances and ensure they have adequate space for the vehicle and equipment.
