What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must ensure that any Approved Services and Approved Products provided through the Franchised Business are provided by an SN Specialist. An SN Specialist is someone (which may be the franchisee, their Designated Manager, or another individual) who has received an SN Specialist Notice detailing the relevant services/products as part of the SN Specialist Services.

To become an SN Specialist, the franchisee and other personnel must first complete the appropriate components of the Initial Training Program necessary to become an authorized provider for such Approved Services and Approved Products. Upon completion of this initial training, Spray Net will provide a written acknowledgement, called the "SN Specialist Notice," confirming the specific Approved Services that the specialist may provide to customers of the Franchised Business.

This requirement ensures that all personnel providing services are properly trained and authorized, maintaining the quality and consistency of Spray Net's services. A prospective franchisee should carefully review the training program requirements and ensure they and their staff can meet these standards before investing in the franchise.
