What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee begins paying the monthly technology fee upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement. This fee is paid on the same payment terms as the royalty fee. The technology fee serves as consideration for any technology that Spray Net associates with, improves, or develops within its system. It also covers any technology Spray Net collects on behalf of its approved suppliers.

The FDD states that the technology fee is approximately $100 per month. However, Spray Net may require the franchisee to pay the technology fee directly to one or more approved suppliers.

In addition to the monthly fixed technology fee, the franchisee must also pay a weekly tech fee royalty amount, which accounts for 0.0025 of the total job value produced the previous week. Spray Net retains the right to adjust the frequency and amount of the Spray-Network software fees and tech royalty invoiced. Additional software fees may apply in the event of major upgrades or integration of third-party applications.
