bstitute in the future (collectively, the "Proprietary Marks"). The parties agree and acknowledge that Franchisor has established substantial goodwill and business value in its Proprietary Marks, expertise, and System.

- E. Franchisee recognizes the benefits derived from being identified with Franchisor, appreciates and acknowledges the distinctive and valuable significance to the public of the System and the Proprietary Marks, and understands and acknowledges the importance of Franchisor's high and uniform standards of quality, appearance, and service to the value of the System.
- F. Franchisee desires to acquire a non-exclusive franchise for the right to operate a single Franchised Business, and has submitted an application to obtain such a franchise from Franchisor.
- G. Franchisor is willing to grant Franchisee the right to operate a Franchised Business based on the representations contained in the franchise application and subject to the terms and conditions within this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee obtains the right to independently own and operate a single franchised business utilizing Spray Net's proprietary marks and system at a location that Spray Net approves in writing. The Spray Net franchisee has the right to operate the franchised business and offer approved services within a designated territory, as specified in the Data Sheet. If granted the right to operate in multiple territories, the number of designated territories will be in Section 3 of the Data Sheet.
The agreement does not grant the franchisee the right to open additional franchised businesses or to sub-license or sub-franchise any of the granted rights. The franchisee can only use the proprietary marks and system to promote and operate the franchised business at the premises and within the designated territory. Spray Net retains the discretion to grant the franchisee the right to open additional franchised businesses, each under a separate franchise agreement.
Spray Net retains specific rights, including owning and operating franchised businesses outside the designated territory, licensing others to do the same, and operating businesses under different marks. They can also use the proprietary marks and system for services, products, promotional efforts, alternative distribution channels, and other activities not expressly prohibited in the agreement. The franchisee recognizes the value of being associated with Spray Net and the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service.
