What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee or the designated manager can be an SN Specialist. To become an SN Specialist, the franchisee, designated manager, or other personnel must complete the appropriate components of the Initial Training Program. Upon completion of the training, Spray Net will provide a written acknowledgement, called an "SN Specialist Notice," confirming that the individual is an SN Specialist. This notice will detail the specific Approved Services that the specialist may provide to customers.

Spray Net requires that any Approved Services and Approved Products provided through the Franchised Business are provided by an SN Specialist. This SN Specialist can be the franchisee, the designated manager, or another individual, provided they have received the SN Specialist Notice detailing the relevant services and products they are authorized to provide.

This requirement ensures that all services are provided by trained and certified individuals, maintaining the quality and standards of Spray Net. It also provides flexibility for the franchisee to either personally become an SN Specialist or designate a manager or other employee to fulfill this role, depending on their business needs and preferences.
