What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document includes some information regarding franchisee obligations. Specifically, the document mentions several key areas where franchisees have responsibilities or requirements.
As detailed in Item 23, Spray Net franchisees may be required to pay the franchisor's then-current training tuition fee if they request on-site assistance or training at their franchised business, in addition to reimbursing the franchisor for any costs or expenses incurred by the franchisor's personnel in connection with providing such assistance. Franchisees must also adhere to the franchisor's guidelines regarding advertising and marketing materials, as the franchisor retains the right to review and approve or reject any materials proposed by the franchisee.
Furthermore, Spray Net franchisees are required to use the email address provided by the franchisor for all business-related communications. Franchisees may also be required to purchase private label products or other merchandise bearing the Proprietary Marks from the franchisor or any other Approved Supplier that the franchisor designates. While this information provides a glimpse into franchisee obligations, prospective franchisees should carefully review the entire Franchise Agreement and related documents to fully understand their responsibilities and seek clarification from the franchisor on any unclear points.
