What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attending the initial training program has several potential costs for franchisees. While Spray Net allows up to two people to attend the training program at no additional cost, there are fees for additional participants. The exact amount of these fees is not specified in the document but will be Spray Net's "then-current fees".

Spray Net franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses associated with travel, including airfare, lodging, most meals, and ground transportation for themselves and any additional attendees. Franchisees must also cover personnel wages and benefits, if applicable, and any other personal expenses incurred during the training. If a Designated Manager leaves the company, the replacement manager must attend the training, and the franchisee may be charged an Additional Training Fee.

In addition to the initial training, Spray Net may also present seminars, conventions, or continuing development programs, which may be mandatory. Franchisees are responsible for travel and living expenses for these events and may be charged attendance fees. Failure to attend mandatory events may result in additional fees, even if the franchisee does not attend. The cost of the Business Management Software is currently $350/month as of the Issuance Date, plus 0.25% of Gross Sales generated by the Franchised Business.

Prospective franchisees should confirm the current fees for additional training participants, the Additional Training Fee for replacement Designated Managers, and typical costs for travel and lodging to accurately budget for the initial training program and ongoing development opportunities offered by Spray Net.
