What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisor books a job for a franchisee, Spray Net reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 5% of the job price. Spray Net also reserves the right to require franchisees to utilize Spray Net's Sales Center and to pay the aforementioned fees.
This means that if Spray Net secures a painting job for a franchisee through its Sales Center, the franchisee may have to pay Spray Net 5% of the total revenue generated from that job. This fee would be in addition to any other fees the franchisee is required to pay, such as the monthly Business Management Software fee or tech royalty fee.
Prospective franchisees should consider this potential fee when evaluating the overall cost and revenue projections for a Spray Net franchise. It would be prudent to inquire about how frequently Spray Net books jobs for franchisees and whether there are any circumstances under which this fee might be waived or reduced.
