This means Spray Net expects the owner or designated operating principal to be actively involved in running the business on a daily basis during its initial year.

Spray Net also acknowledges that a franchisee may designate a manager to handle the day-to-day operations. This Designated Manager must be approved by Spray Net. The initial training fee covers the training provided to the franchisee (or the operating principal) and, if applicable, the Designated Manager.
