What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document addresses the issue of manual versions. Spray Net may use a website portal to post content that supplements the manuals, and franchisees must comply with this content.
According to the FDD, if a franchisee saves or prints a hard copy of any manual, that copy must be returned upon the agreement's expiration or termination. This implies that the most up-to-date, centrally managed version of the manual (likely the one on the Spray-Net Web Portal) is the controlling document.
This policy ensures that all franchisees operate under the same, current guidelines. It also protects Spray Net from franchisees using outdated information, especially after the franchise agreement ends. Franchisees should rely on the Spray-Net Web Portal as the definitive source for operational procedures and updates.
