Computer System Hardware and Software
You must purchase and use any hardware and software programs we require. You must purchase and use all of the hardware and software set forth below in connection with the operation of the franchised business. You must own the Hardware that meets our specifications ("Computer System"). The estimated cost for the Computer System hardware is approximately $1,000 to $2,000 (based on whether or not you already own and can utilize certain of this hardware, which is disclosed more fully in Item 7 of this Disclosure Document).
You must keep your Computer System in good maintenance and repair and install such additions, changes, modification, substitutions, and/or replacements to the Computer System as we direct from time to time in writing. While we do not require you to enter into any kind of support or maintenance contract in connection with any Required Software or other Computer System component, we estimate that you could expend between $500 and $1,500

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated cost for the required Computer System hardware ranges from approximately $1,000 to $2,000. This cost variance depends on whether the franchisee already owns some of the necessary hardware and can utilize it for the Spray Net business.
Spray Net franchisees are obligated to purchase and use hardware and software programs that meet the franchisor's specifications. Franchisees must also maintain their Computer Systems in good repair and implement any modifications, changes, or replacements directed by Spray Net.
While a support or maintenance contract for the required software or Computer System components is not mandatory, Spray Net estimates that franchisees could spend between $500 and $1,500 annually on these types of contracts, including any associated updates or upgrades. Spray Net also reserves the right to require franchisees to update, upgrade, or change their Computer Systems to meet new standards, with no contractual limit on the frequency or cost of this obligation.
