What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after completing the necessary components of the initial training program to become an authorized provider of approved services and products, Spray Net will provide a written acknowledgement. This acknowledgement, called the "SN Specialist Notice," confirms that the franchisee, their designated manager, or other personnel is an SN Specialist.

The SN Specialist Notice will detail the specific approved services that the specialist is authorized to provide to Spray Net customers. Franchisees must ensure that all approved services and products are provided by an SN Specialist who has received an SN Specialist Notice that details the relevant services and products they are qualified to provide.

This requirement ensures that only properly trained personnel are providing Spray Net's services and products, maintaining quality control and adherence to the Spray Net system standards. It also protects Spray Net's brand reputation by ensuring that services are delivered by individuals who have met the franchisor's training requirements.
