What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must provide completed copies of all agreements and contracts attached as exhibits to the Franchise Agreement, signed by the franchisee or appropriate third parties, before being approved to attend the components of the Initial Training Program that are provided at Spray Net's headquarters or other designated training facility. This is a pre-condition that must be satisfied.

In practical terms, this means that a prospective Spray Net franchisee cannot fully participate in the in-person training until all required paperwork is finalized and submitted to Spray Net. This ensures that all parties are in agreement and that the franchisee understands and accepts the terms of the franchise agreement before receiving comprehensive training.

This requirement is in place to protect both Spray Net and the franchisee. By ensuring that all agreements are in place, Spray Net can be confident that the franchisee is committed to the franchise and understands their obligations. The franchisee benefits by ensuring they have a clear understanding of the agreement before investing time and resources into training. Franchisees should ensure they promptly complete and submit all required documents to avoid delays in their training schedule.
