What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must take specific preliminary steps before being approved to attend the components of the Initial Training Program held at Spray Net's headquarters or a designated training facility. One of these pre-conditions is establishing a Payment Account.
Specifically, the franchisee must take all necessary steps to establish the Payment Account as detailed in Section 4(B) of the Franchise Agreement. This includes providing Spray Net or its designee with all required authorizations and approvals to access the Payment Account.
In practical terms, a prospective Spray Net franchisee cannot attend the in-person portion of the Initial Training Program until they have set up the Payment Account and provided Spray Net with the necessary access. This ensures that Spray Net can collect fees and payments as outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
