We reserve the right, in our discretion, to delegate some or all of our pre-opening and continuing obligations under the Franchise Agreement to a regional director franchisee with regional responsibility over the geographic area in which you operate your Spray-Net Franchise. These obligations may include, but are not limited to, initial and ongoing training, and operations support.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Spray Net reserves the right to delegate some or all of its pre-opening and continuing obligations under the Franchise Agreement to a regional director franchisee. This regional director would have responsibility over the geographic area where your Spray Net franchise operates.
These delegated obligations may include initial and ongoing training, as well as operations support. This means that instead of receiving these services directly from Spray Net's corporate headquarters, a regional director franchisee may be the one providing them.

However, it also means the consistency and quality of support may vary depending on the capabilities and approach of the regional director franchisee. It is important to note that Spray Net retains the right to delegate these responsibilities, but is not obligated to do so.
