How does Spray Net currently collect fees due under the Franchise Agreement?

- Payment Period and Method. We may, in our sole discretion, change your payment schedule with respect to the Royalty Fee and any other amounts due to us or our affiliates under your Franchise Agreement (i.e., modifying monthly payment to weekly), or require you to use any other method of payment, upon thirty (30) days written notice to you. Currently, all fees are collected via GoCardless, and you must take all necessary steps to authorize us and GoCardlessto automatically collect fees from you. We may integrate a payment processing feature into our Business Management Software in the future. If we do, you will be required to use that for payment processing, and you will be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise currently collects all fees via GoCardless. As a prospective franchisee, you must authorize Spray Net and GoCardless to automatically collect fees from you.
Spray Net retains the right to change the payment schedule, potentially modifying monthly payments to weekly, or require the use of another payment method. Spray Net will provide 30 days written notice before implementing any changes to the payment schedule or method.
Spray Net may integrate a payment processing feature into its Business Management Software in the future. If this occurs, franchisees will be required to use that payment processing system and will be responsible for all monthly terminal and payment processing fees.
