What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, the document does not specify a monthly fee for the Business Management Software. However, it does state that Spray Net may integrate a payment processing feature into its Business Management Software in the future. If this occurs, franchisees would be required to use it and would be responsible for all monthly terminal fees and payment processing fees.

Currently, all fees due under the Franchise Agreement are collected via GoCardless, or through any other method that Spray Net determines. Franchisees must authorize Spray Net and GoCardless to automatically collect fees. Spray Net retains the right to change the payment schedule or require the use of another payment method with thirty days' written notice.

As the FDD does not provide a specific monthly fee for the Business Management Software, it is important for a prospective franchisee to ask Spray Net about any current or planned fees associated with the software, as well as the specific terms and conditions for its use.
