If Spray-Net Inc. does not deliver this disclosure document on time or if it contains a false or misleading statement, or a material omission, a violation of federal law and state law may have occurred and should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, Washington, DC 20580 and your State Administrator listed in Exhibit D to this Franchise Disclosure Document. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Spray Net Franchise Disclosure Document, if the disclosure document is not delivered on time, or if it contains a false or misleading statement, or a material omission, a violation of federal and state law may have occurred. This should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC, and your State Administrator listed in Exhibit D of the Franchise Disclosure Document. A list of Spray Net's agents registered to receive service of process is listed in Exhibit F.
This means that Spray Net is legally obligated to provide you with an accurate and complete FDD within the mandated timeframe. Failing to do so, or including false/misleading information, can have legal ramifications for the franchisor. As a prospective franchisee, it's crucial to carefully review the FDD and all related agreements, and to seek legal counsel if you identify any discrepancies, omissions, or misrepresentations.
It is important to note that Exhibit K to the Spray Net Inc. Franchise Disclosure Document contains receipts. The disclosure document summarizes certain provisions of the franchise agreement and other information in plain language. Spray Net must provide the disclosure document to you fourteen (14) calendar days before you sign a binding agreement with, or make a payment to, the franchisor or an affiliate in connection with the proposed franchise sale or grant. New York and Rhode Island require that Spray Net give you this disclosure document at the earlier of the first personal meeting or ten (10) business days before the execution of the franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration that relates to the franchise relationship. Michigan, Oregon, and Wisconsin require that Spray Net give you this disclosure document at least ten (10) business days before the execution of any binding franchise or other agreement or the payment of any consideration, whichever occurs first.
