What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Spray Net's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee violates the provisions related to the nondisclosure of the Manuals or other confidential materials that Spray Net loans to the franchisee, it constitutes a breach of the Franchise Agreement.
Specifically, the FDD states that such a violation is similar to misusing proprietary marks or confidential information. This means that Spray Net views the unauthorized disclosure or misuse of the Manuals as a serious offense with potential repercussions for the franchisee.
The document does not explicitly detail the exact consequences, but it implies that such a breach could lead to actions such as termination of the franchise agreement or other legal remedies available to Spray Net. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Spray Net regarding the specific penalties or actions that may be taken in the event of a violation of the nondisclosure provisions related to the Manuals.
