Does the Spray Net Confidentiality and Restrictive Covenant Agreement mention copyrighted materials?

This system includes proprietary training programs, courses, and training materials, as well as confidential and proprietary operations manuals. The franchisee must acknowledge the value of the Spray Net system.

Spray Net's system consists of proprietary and distinguishing elements, including methods, procedures, standards, specifications, advertising, marketing, equipment, and customized chemicals. The system also includes relationships with approved suppliers for certain products and services, including proprietary and/or branded items. Spray Net may modify the system over time as it deems appropriate.

Spray Net also has an active website containing content designed to promote the Spray Net brand, system, and proprietary marks. The franchisor will list the contact information of the franchised business on this website, provided the franchisee is not in material default under the agreement. Spray Net will also provide the franchisee with at least one email address, which the franchisee is required to use in connection with the franchised business.
